Why doesn't my account retain my credit card information?
For security purposes we do not store your credit cards online, thus you will have to enter your credit card information every time you shop with your account.

How quickly does ShopRonnoco.com ship my order?
We usually ship same day if your order was placed before 12:00PM (Noon - Central Time Zone) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00PM, over the weekend or over a holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

What methods of shipping does ShopRonnoco.com offer?
We offer UPS Ground as a shipping method.

Do you offer smaller or larger packages of your coffees?
At this time we only offer 12 ounce packages of our coffees. If you need more, or less coffee than we sell on our website please visit one of the many retail locations that sells our product by the cup or in bulk.
